Your triggers are guides to your freedom. Each trigger or negative emotion comes with a message , one that we will interpret together.

Self-sabotage is what happens when we refuse to meet our most inner needs cause we fear that we are not capable of handing them.

Self-sabotage is one of the first signs that your inner narrative is outdated ,limiting or incorrect.
